The B Street Reef Apartments is a ten unit two story facility located two blocks from Western New Mexico University at 1000 West 7th Street in Silver City, New Mexico.

All of the rental units are unfurnished two-bedroom apartments of approximately 575 sq.ft. each.

The rental rates for these units includes water, sewer and trash collection utility services. Excluded services are natural gas, electricity, cable television, telephone and internet access.

No smoking is permitted. No pets are permitted. A security/damage deposit in an amount equivalent to one months rent is required.
